Chat/CallBack Demo

Web-Enabling your operators is the next logical step for CallCenters, not only to provide better customer service, but also for time efficiency. Web-Enabled calls can be presented to the operator just like any other call so that they become an integral part of the operator's call process function. When a Web-Enabled call is received, the operator screen will display the web site the caller is browsing. The operator can guide the caller to aspecific area in the web site for further information, or answer any question the caller has presented. This opens up yourCallCenter to process information virtually anywhere in the world. If the information is available on the Internet, you can work with it.
eCallBack
Infinity's eCallBack feature allows you to offer people who are browsing the Internet the ability to request a call back from an Infinity operator. This is accomplished by placing an eCallBack link on a Web page. When a person browsing selects the link, an eCallBack form is displayed asking them to enter information that will tell the operator how to reach them. The operator then receives a non-live call with the information they entered, and can call the person back at the phone number they entered.

eChat
Infinity's eChat feature allows you to offer people who are browsing the Internet tthe ability to "chat" interactively with an operator on-line. An eChat session is opened when the person browsing the Internet opens an eChat link on a website. The chat request is assigned to an Infinity operator screen, the chat box opens on both the operator's and browser's screens and allows the browser to request more information from the operator.

ePush
When a person contacts one of your operators using the eCallBack or eChat features, the operator can now PUSH web pages back to the person using the Infinity ePush feature. This allows the person to ask questions which the operator can answer by pushing information to the person.
